What Time Can I Check In?
Check in is at 3pm. This is the time we guarantee your room will be ready however we try to have rooms ready as early as possible. You can check in anytime before and if your room is not ready you are welcome to leave your luggage with the front desk and enjoy the property. If you have a later checking, no need to worry as we have someone on the front desk 24 hours.
What Time Is Check Out?
Checkout is 11am. If you have a later flight you are welcomed to leave your luggage at the front desk and continue to enjoy the property until you are ready to leave.
Room Switches…What Should I Know?
Since each room is unique, we never assign rooms and each room is chosen by the guest. Due to this, sometimes if you book and certain rooms are full, it may require you to move around during your reservation. When you have room switches during your stay…
- Check with the front desk before 11am (Check-Out Time) to see if by chance your new room is ready early.
- If not, you will need to check out of the room by 11am (luggage can be stored at the front desk).
- All rooms are guaranteed ready by 3pm though usually they are ready sooner. Either way, we will call or text you the moment your new room is ready to check-in.
How old do you have to be to stay at the resort?
- 21 Years Old – All guests are required to provide valid I.D. during check-in process.
- 18 Years Old with an active-duty military I.D. as required by law. Active Duty ID MUST be present.
Do you sell day passes?
We do not. We pride ourselves on our guest’s privacy and thus we are a guest only resort. However, a guest can bring another male guest in at any time.
Do you have a loyalty program?
We do, our loyalty program benefits are based on the number of Paid Nights stayed the previous year to determine your level for the current year. Click Here to see the program benefits.

Do you accept transgender men?
All men are welcomed as long as your Government Issued ID says male on it regardless of how you present.

Do you have Parking?
Due to our location in Historic Old Town Key West, we do not have an on-site parking facility. However, our neighborhood is privileged two have numerous free parking spots along our street (Fleming St) and adjacent streets. There are two types of parking in our neighborhood. Residential (marked directly on the pavement) which require a local residential permit, but for each residential there are usually one or two BLANK parking spaces that have no time limit or fee for parking. The resort does have a 30min loading zone, so when you arrive just ask the front desk and we can help point you in the right direction.
Do you allow pets?
We no longer allow pets on property. if you are traveling with an ADA Approved (American With Disabilities Act) Service Animal (not to be confused with a comfort or emotional support animal) please see our service animal policy section for the full policy.
Should I rent a car on island?
In general, you don’t need to rent a car in Key West, especially if you are staying in Old Town, the historic district, where most everything you’ll want to see will be within walking distance. Plus, parking in Key West is a challenge. Even if you don’t stay in Old Town, taxis, ride-share services (Uber & Lyft), rental bicycles, and city bus service make it easy to get around the small island. The resort can help arrange for bicycle and scooter rentals once you arrive.
How many people are allowed in my room?
All rooms are based on double occupancy. All rooms (king bed, Queen Bed and Double Queens) are allowed up to two people with no additional charge. Each additional person beyond two is a $75 per night additional fee. Some rooms can only accommodate 2 people due to fire and regulation safety. If you are intending to have more that 2 people in your room, you will need to contact the front desk before making your reservation so we can ensure that the room of choice can accommodate. Failure to disclose all guests or failure to verify room capacity with front desk may result in only 2 people being allowed to check in.
What Should I pack?
With its warm and humid weather and laid-back lifestyle, pack casual lightweight cotton clothing for a visit to Key West. Shorts, short-sleeved shirts, sandals, bathing suits, brimmed hat, and sunglasses are basic necessities. In the cooler winter months, also pack a pair of jeans or pants and a light jacket or sweatshirt.
Is the entire property male only & clothing optional?
Yes, the only areas we ask that guest either be dressed or use one of the luxury robes provided in the room is the breakfast area during breakfast hours.
What is the smoking policy?
While we do not permit smoking inside of buildings or rooms, guests may smoke anywhere outside on property or balconies. We apologize, but cigar smoking is only permitted at the bar and not permitted on balconies. Marijuana smoking and vaping is not permitted on property. Any guest that housekeeping or management determines has been smoking inside of the room will be charged a $300.00 Smoking fee.
